My Renault Fluence's Gear Shift Synchronization Issue

Due to transmission shifting issues, I took our 2015 model Fluence, which had traveled 155,000 kilometers, to Baday Otomotiv, the authorized Renault service, on April 29, 2023. They replaced the clutch set and other related components, and we were charged 50,000 TL to fix the problem. Everything appeared to be fine until about 4-5 months later when the transmission problems reappeared. The gear shifts are no longer synchronized, and I occasionally experience jarring shifts. In addition, when I start the car, there is a strange noise that sounds like a knock. Concerned about the transmission and clutch, I called the authorized service center once more. They stated, "You'll need to pay another 2,000 TL + VAT for us to perform the inspection, and if the issue is related to the previous repair, it'll be fixed for free." This is completely absurd to me. I didn't ask them to inspect my engine or injectors; I just asked for an inspection related to the previous repair, and they insisted on charging me for it. This is an extremely frustrating situation. I'm pleading with them to conduct the necessary investigations into my complaint and, if there is a problem, to correct it without further charges.

Based on your response, no one has called and my problem is still not resolved.

I was contacted by Renault Mais and directed to the authorized service where I had previously received service. Then, the general inspection I requested was carried out, and the transmission calibration of my vehicle was redefined, resolving the issue. Thank you...
