Never mind buying products from Renault! I bought a brand new 2023 Clio Joy package vehicle. Driving the vehicle After 20 km all warning lights came on. The vehicle was taken back to the service with the tow truck. The treatment we encountered was worse than that as they were selling completely worn goods. It was observed that there was a malfunction in the throttle body as a result of computer connections in the vehicle service. It was reported that the part had to be replaced. I had to take delivery of the vehicle, which was bought as new, as a vehicle whose parts have been replaced. No action was taken in any way to win hearts or compensate for our grievances. On top of that, it was requested to have you sign the paper stating that there is a gift for you on behalf of our independence, but you will give up all your rights. I am a complainer to the end and I will never let this go.
