Fabric Deformed on Steering Wheel of Renault Clio 1.3 Tce

In November 2020, I bought a brand-new Renault Clio 1.3 tce full package. They offered to extend the warranty for 5 years, but thank goodness I didn't accept. Now, in November, I'm entering the third year, and my warranty is about to expire. Yesterday, I went for a routine service and mentioned that the warranty would end in November. To my dismay, the steering wheel immediately showed signs of wear and deformation, thanks to what seems to be subpar materials used by Renault. I noticed this issue with most Renault steering wheels, but according to them, it's a chemical problem or something about applying cream. I can't believe they'd blame it on us. I'm a man; I don't put cream on my hands. They're just finding excuses for their poor quality. Let me warn you, don't buy Renault; they're just subpar Chinese-Geneva-French cars. Go for Volkswagen, Honda, BMW, Volvo, but steer clear of these Chinese-Geneva-French models. Their loyalty programs are a joke. I regret getting their services done at the dealership; they charged me 5500 TL just for an oil change. I went to the service center three times, and it was all empty promises. My friends, don't go to the service center, don't buy Renault; these cars are worthless. They make noise from everywhere, and they break easily. At the service center, they blame you for everything. Maybe it's like this in Turkey, but it's probably not the same in France. After all, in this country, there's a concept called "Anadolu irfanı" (Anatolian wisdom), where you're nobody in the eyes of both the government and the private sector. Unfortunately, in this country, there's no state organization that could hold them accountable for their actions.
Progress
The steering wheel of my Renault Clio started peeling off and leaving color and residues on my hand before the warranty expired. I went for the annual service maintenance and requested the steering wheel to be replaced, but they did nothing. They sent an email and responded negatively, claiming it was user error. The service is useless, a money trap. Go and get it done cheaper at an independent mechanic. The brand does not stand behind its product. The car hit the road in November 2020, and the steering wheel started deteriorating within 2 years.
