Remitly Withdrew €2000 but Transfer to My Halkbank Account Never Arrived

On August 1, 2025, I used Remitly to transfer €2000 from Germany to my Halkbank account in Turkey (IBAN: TR81************************02). However, the money never arrived in my account.
When I contacted Remitly customer service, they claimed that the transaction had been canceled and that no funds were withdrawn from my account. This is completely false, because during the transfer process, €2000 was deducted from my account, and now my money is missing.
This is the first time I have experienced such a serious issue with Remitly, and it has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I am demanding that Remitly immediately return the €2000 to my account or complete the transfer as originally instructed. Customers should not be left in limbo with their funds missing and without a clear resolution.
