ReelShort Subscription Keeps Charging Apple Card Without Cancellation Option

I have an issue with an automatic subscription charge that appears on my Apple Card statement as “reelshortw-771148172,” linked to an app I used on my iPhone/iPad via the App Store in the United States. The subscription was advertised with wording indicating that I could cancel at any time, and my intention was only to pay for limited access when I chose, not to maintain a recurring automatic subscription. Because I often only want short-term access and sometimes cannot easily find my way back to the shows or do not find anything I want to watch, I do not wish to keep an ongoing subscription. However, I have been unable to find any clear way to cancel this automatic renewal, either through the app or through Apple, despite actively looking for an option to stop it. On 6/11/2026, a charge of $32.09 for “reelshortw-771148172” appeared on my Apple Card. Before this, on 6/4/2026, I contacted Apple regarding a similar issue, and I was informed that the transaction was pending and had not yet cleared. I was told that they would monitor it for up to two weeks, initiate a dispute if it cleared, and apply a temporary credit, and that if the transaction did not clear it would no longer appear on my transactions or balance. Despite this, I continue to see charges related to this subscription, and I still cannot locate a proper way to cancel future renewals. I am requesting that this automatic subscription under ReelShort be fully canceled so that there are no further automatic renewals or charges on my Apple Card. I would like written confirmation that the subscription has been terminated and that I will not be billed again unless I knowingly and explicitly sign up for a new term in the future.
