ReelShort AED 115.20 Unauthorized Charge and Refund Request
Today, 11/09/2026 at around 14:30, an amount of AED 115.20 was deducted from my credit card (card ending 9021) for a transaction described as “ReelShortW-1489743590, 185-8886121” related to ReelShort drama. I did not knowingly purchase any service or approve such a charge, and I have not received or used any service or subscription in return. I noticed this deduction through my bank’s notification, which also shows that my available limit decreased after this transaction. Since I did not intend to make this purchase and I am not using any paid ReelShort drama service, I consider this deduction unauthorized. I request that the AED 115.20 be fully refunded to my card and that any associated ReelShort subscriptions linked to this transaction be immediately canceled so that no further charges are made in the future. I kindly ask you to review this transaction urgently and inform me in writing about the outcome.
