Reeder is a Source of Regret
I purchased a phone from a company I don't even want to name at the end of 2023. Within a week of use, there was echoing in the sound, and the screen went blank. They provided a one-to-one exchange, but I experienced the same issue again. I ended up changing the phone three times and was left frustrated throughout the day. Each time, I requested an upgrade to a higher model, and despite there being no difference in price, they charged me ₺3,400. I reluctantly accepted due to my growing frustration.
While watching a movie on the upgraded phone, the supposedly sturdy casing they praised overheated and broke. I sent it for service, but they claimed it was due to impact damage. No matter what I said, they wouldn’t listen to the situation right in front of them. The customer representative offered a replacement, which I accepted, but their manager did not approve it.
Reeder is a source of regret! I am waiting for the device to be returned to me so I can file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
