Reeder Kiddo2 Watch Stopped Working and Support Kept Giving Me No Stock Excuses

In November 2024, I purchased the Reeder Kiddo2 Smart Kids Watch from Hepsiburada. However, the watch stopped charging and completely shut down within less than a month. I contacted Reeder's authorized service centers and customer support, but I was constantly dismissed with the excuse of "no stock." They offered no alternative solutions, nor did they give a timeframe for when the issue would be resolved. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. As of now, they continue to use the same excuse to leave users stranded and unresolved. This experience made me realize that I should never consider buying any product from the Reeder brand again. I wanted to share this experience as advice for others who might be considering purchasing their products.
