Reeder Order Lost In Shipping - No Refund Issued

I purchased a smart kids’ watch from Reeder with my order number 1482. Since 09.11.2025, the product has been lost in shipping, and it has neither been delivered to me nor has my refund been issued. No invoice for the product was provided to me either. I sent multiple emails and tried to get support through live chat, but no one addressed the issue and I received no response. The lost product is not being resent, and the refund I requested is also not being processed. This entire experience has completely shaken my trust in the company. I no longer want the product and request that the full order amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
