Reebok Shoes Defective After One Wear, Poor Customer Service Response

I ordered a pair of Reebok shoes from reebok.com.tr on 24/08/2024, and they were delivered on 27/08/2024. On 28/08/2024, the first time I wore them, the lace tightening mechanism broke in my hands. I took the shoes to the Reebok store at Cevahir Mall on 29/08/2024 to send them for inspection. By 04/09/2024, they returned the shoes to me, claiming there was no defect and that it was "user error." The inspection report even suggested I follow the product manual to extend the life of the shoes, which is ridiculous since they didn’t even send a manual or proper packaging. The shoes arrived in a FLO box, which shows how unprofessional this company is. I’ve filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and will pursue this matter fully. I do not recommend Reebok to anyone—it's a waste of money.
