Reebok Refused to Replace My Shoes Due to Claimed "User Error"

I purchased a pair of red and white Reebok sneakers on June 13, 2024. After noticing that the foam layer near the top eyelets had torn, I took the shoes, along with the receipt, to the Reebok store at Kayseri Forum on September 16, 2024, and requested a replacement. However, after their inspection, my request was denied, with the issue being labeled as a "user error."
The product inspection number is M1000000000000563842. I believe this decision is unfair, as the damage wasn’t caused by misuse. I expect Reebok to reconsider their stance and offer a solution, as the shoes were faulty within a short period of use.
