Reebok Shoes Caused Foot Injury After Just a Few Hours of Wear
I recently purchased a pair of Reebok shoes for both my spouse and myself. While my spouse’s pair is fine, mine caused a serious issue. After just a few hours of wear, the shoe injured the top of my right big toe, leaving it sore and wounded. I tried wearing them again, but the same painful result occurred. I returned the shoes to the store, and they sent them for inspection. However, I was informed that the shoes had "no manufacturing defect" and were sent back to me.
How can shoes that cause visible injury in just one hour of wear be considered free of defects? I’m beyond frustrated with Reebok’s lack of responsibility. From now on, I’ll be sharing my experience everywhere. A brand like Reebok should be able to handle something as simple as a shoe replacement for defective footwear!
