Hello, I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes, and they were worn during regular walking for a total of about 5 times, with each wear lasting no longer than 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately, the area around the ankle collar tore. We sent the shoes for inspection, and it was reported as a "product defect," resulting in a one-to-one exchange. However, the same issue occurred again in the same location. This time, the valuable FLO employees who conducted the inspection stated, "No production-related defect could be detected," and they suggested that you can retrieve your shoes from the store. I contacted customer service and pointed out that this situation creates a brand inconsistency from your perspective. The response I received was, "I will forward that you are not satisfied with the outcome." I then inquired about what would happen next, whether someone would contact me to understand why I was not satisfied, and the response was, "No, at this stage, you will only be retrieving the product." So, I asked if there was a point in providing feedback about why I was not satisfied, and the answer was, "This is what we were instructed to do." It's quite disheartening to see a brand like Reebok being represented under a relatively inexperienced umbrella-like FLO. If I had known that Reebok was being offered through FLO, I wouldn't have even entered that store. I hope a responsible FLO representative comes across this review and attempts to find a solution, at least for the brand's image. I will also be utilizing my rights with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Furthermore, if anyone has information about Reebok's global support address, could they please share it with me? I intend to relay the damage to the brand's image to them as well. In conclusion, I would like to say, "Reebok is a disappointment, folks." Please go elsewhere and make your purchases from a more reputable brand that stands behind its products.
