Reebok Denied My Warranty Claim Despite Quick Heel Damage on New Shoes

On July 1, I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes from the Torium store. Even though I used the shoes only for walking, the heel area began to tear in a very short time. I returned the product to the store for inspection and was given the review form with the number 99902000000FD28RJTIT. However, in just two days, my request was rejected on the grounds of “user error.” Despite the product being under warranty and used only for walking, I cannot accept such a problem occurring so quickly.
I also contacted customer service, but I was told, “The rejection decision has been made, there is nothing we can do.” I paid a total of $99 for two pairs of shoes, and experiencing this issue in such a short time has been very disappointing. I request that the product be re-examined, replaced, or refunded.
I kindly ask that this issue be resolved and that my inconvenience be addressed.
