It's been a week since I purchased the phone, and on the second day, I discovered from the technical service that the device does not have the mini-capsule feature that was advertised. They claimed that Realme misled customers with false advertising. Later on, I came across some consistent mistakes. I was recommended to bring the device to KVK for inspection. I made sure to assert my right to return the faulty product within the specified 15-day period. However, they replied, "We have notified our highest authority and will soon give you the necessary information for the refund." Yesterday, I was notified that my device's repair is finished and ready for pick up. I lodged a formal complaint against Realme with CIMER. Question everything; assert your rights. It's futile to let your finances control you.
