Realme Fails to Refund Faulty C55 6/128GB Phone

I bought a Realme C55 6/128GB phone from Teknosa Hilltown Mall on 05/01/2024 for ₺7999 (₺6748 on Teknosa's website). To my dismay, when I tried to charge it on 13/01/2024, it wouldn't charge. After visiting the store, a staff member confirmed the charger was faulty. I demanded a refund, but they insisted on sending it to the KVK technical service for a report. The KVK report claimed they couldn't reach me by phone, an absurd excuse. Teknosa needs to acknowledge the faulty sale and issue a refund, and Realme should address why a defective device was in the box. Dissatisfied with Teknosa and Realme's handling of the situation.
