I Updated My Realme 11 Pro Plus and Now It Freezes with Black Screen and Drains Battery

After installing the latest software update on my Realme 11 Pro Plus, my phone has become practically unusable. Every time I open any app—no matter what it is—the screen goes completely black, freezes, and stays stuck for several seconds. It’s like the phone just gives up every time I try to use it. On top of that, battery consumption has skyrocketed since the update. I used to get through a full day easily, but now the charge drops drastically even when I’m not using the phone much.

I reached out to Realme customer support multiple times hoping for a solution, but all they keep saying is to take the phone to a service center. That would be fine—if there was one in Mersin. There isn’t. And when I asked for a replacement or temporary phone, they outright refused. Apparently, if you don’t live in a major city, Realme has no intention of helping you.

It’s completely unacceptable to push out a flawed update, break people’s phones, and then offer no real support for fixing it. I’m stuck with a laggy, overheating phone that no longer works properly—and the so-called solution center just keeps passing the buck.

Realme must take responsibility for this failed update. I demand remote support, a rollback option, or a replacement device sent to me immediately. Don’t leave your customers stranded without help.
