I Face Android Auto Not Working on Realme 12 Lite Since Purchase

I purchased my Realme 12 Lite smartphone from Media Markt, and since the day I bought it, I have been unable to use the Android Auto feature. Whenever I try to open Android Auto, the screen doesn’t appear at all. To fix the issue, I’ve tried multiple cables, updated the app, reset the phone, and tested every possible method, but nothing worked.
On August 6, I contacted Realme customer service via email, but I still haven’t received any solution or response, and my problem continues. My device is still under warranty.
I’m requesting that this issue be resolved through a software update or technical support. If that’s not possible, I would like to return the device. Since I’ve been unable to use this feature since day one, I ask that my grievance be resolved promptly.
The other day, I called to ask if the issue was resolved. There is absolutely no proper response. Customer service has zero interest or attention. It’s just not there. I’ve never seen such carelessness anywhere else. I asked what happened to the issue, and they said the technical team did the necessary tests and couldn’t find a problem, that the issue was with my phone. I asked how they tested it without my phone coming to you or the technical team, and they said they tested it on an equivalent phone. There’s no problem on the equivalent phone, but I said the problem is on my phone, and they said there’s nothing they can do. Just see the level of interest and attention, and decide accordingly.
