I purchased auto insurance from Anadolu Insurance. Initially, the charges showed pending on my credit card and the bank said the transaction went through, but the insurance website gave an error. I tried again and saw a second pending charge on my card, but got the same error.
After numerous emails and calls, they said a refund was issued, but I never received it. When I called about my vehicle insurance, they said one of the charges would be refunded while the other would be activated. It's been 2 days and still not resolved.

As far as I have learned, the offers given by SBM are just for show. When you approve the offer taken from the insurance company's website, they charge you, but then they don't create the policy citing a system error. After numerous calls, they reluctantly refund the fee. It's like a kind of collusion. The prices on the internet site and at the agency of the same companies vary greatly. They do not approve the price on the website. Authorities need to address this situation.
