Radissonbet Reset My Balance Without Reason After Wager Completion

I had a total balance of ₺11,000 in my Radissonbet account, including both my deposits and winnings from a sports event promotion. I carried out my transactions through account number 168**65. Despite fulfilling all the wagering requirements, my entire balance was reset to zero without any explanation. I contacted customer service three times during this process, and each time they claimed it was due to wagering conditions, even though I had fully completed them and my updated balance had already appeared. Despite this, my funds were cleared without any notice or justification. I have faced a similar issue before. I operate from Istanbul and had deposited a total of ₺500. I have not violated any promotion terms and received no warning or notification. I request that my money be refunded to my account and that the withdrawal process be completed immediately.
