Quotex Account Suspended - No Refund
I have been using a real trading account with Quotex, registered with the email address s***[email protected]. My account was recently suspended and, according to the message I received, deleted by a unilateral decision of the Management under clause 7.12.5 of the Service Agreement, alleging use of unlawful or dishonest methods with the bonus system, and they also referred to clause 1.28 of the Agreement. In the same response, Quotex stated that no refund would be offered, referring to clause 2.2.4 of the Service Agreement, and that I am denied service on the platform going forward, with any future accounts to be deleted without warning or refund. I was not given any clear, specific explanation or evidence of what action of mine was considered “unlawful or dishonest,” and I genuinely believe there has been a misunderstanding. I am willing to provide any additional information or documents needed so that this situation can be properly reviewed. I respectfully request a detailed review of my case and a full refund of my remaining account balance. I also ask to be clearly informed of the exact transactions or actions that were deemed a violation so that I can understand and, if needed, correct any mistake. I expect this matter to be reconsidered fairly and resolved in good faith.
