Quotex Deposit Failed but My ₹3,500 Was Still Debited From Bank Account
On 20 May, I deposited 3,500 rupees into my Quotex account using Slice UPI. For two days, the status of this payment on Quotex was shown as “processed,” but afterwards it changed to “failed.” However, the amount of 3,500 rupees has been debited from my bank account and has not been returned. I contacted Slice customer support, and they informed me that there is no failed transaction on their side and advised me to talk to the receiver. When I contacted Quotex support, they repeatedly told me that the 3,500 rupees had been provided to their financial provider and asked me to wait, but until now, nothing has been credited to my Quotex account, and the issue remains unresolved. The UPI reference ID of this transaction is 614036358205. As a student, this amount is very important to me. I request that 3,500 rupees be credited to my Quotex account as soon as possible and that my deposit issue be resolved without any further delay.
