Quotex Failed My ₹1,000 Deposit but Did Not Refund My Money
I deposited ₹1000 on the Quotex trading platform on 16 May 2026 at around 11:11 AM using Paytm UPI. The payment was shown as “processing” for 48 hours, and then the status changed to “failed”, but the amount has not been credited to my Quotex trading account, and I have not received any refund either. The UPI reference number for this transaction is 306238767940, and my Quotex account is registered with the mobile number 93693035**. I have already submitted a support ticket regarding this issue, but I have not received any effective response or solution so far. My money is stuck even though the processing time has long passed. I request that my ₹1000 deposit be credited to my Quotex trading account as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the status and reason for this problem.
