Quotex Took My Deposit but Did Not Credit My Account
On 08/03/2026 I made a deposit of ₹20,000 to my Quotex trading account via UPI using PhonePe from my State Bank of India account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, and in the bank records the transaction is shown as successfully transferred to the Quotex merchant details provided at the time of deposit. However, this ₹20,000 has still not been credited to my Quotex account. After noticing that the money was not reflected in my trading balance, I contacted Quotex support. They requested all proof of the transaction, including my bank statement, bank confirmation and payment certificate, which I have provided. From the bank’s side, the transaction is clearly marked as successful to Quotex, yet my trading account balance remains unchanged. For this issue, I have been given the reference number 18624911. I am requesting that Quotex urgently credits the missing ₹20,000 to my trading account without any further delay, as the funds have already left my bank account and are shown as successfully received by the Quotex merchant.
