Deposit Successfully Completed But Not Received In Quotex Account

I made a deposit to my Quotex trading account through Paytm on 3 March 2026, but although the money was debited from my Paytm UPI, it has still not been credited to my Quotex account. The deposit amount is ₹20,157 and the UPI reference number of the transaction is 398242934683. It has now been about 17 days since the amount was deducted, yet my trading balance has not been updated. After noticing that the balance was not credited, I contacted Quotex support. They informed me that the payment was not received on their side. I then contacted Paytm customer support, and they clearly stated that the payment was successfully completed on 3 March 2026 at 06:57 AM. At this point, I am stuck between Quotex and Paytm, while my money remains neither reversed to my Paytm nor reflected in my Quotex account. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that my ₹20,157 either be credited to my Quotex trading account or refunded back to my original payment source as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed in writing of the findings of this investigation and the final resolution.
