Quotex Blocked My Account Without Any Reason
I have been using the Quotex web platform, and now a total of four of my accounts are blocked without a clear reason. The most important accounts are the ones linked to the email addresses k222202**@gmail.com and binanace45**@gmail.com. I cannot access these accounts or my funds. In the accounts that are blocked, I have a total balance of about 1,643 USD. In the account with the email address binanace45**@gmail.com, I deposited 300 USD with a bonus. I then opened only two trades, and after winning those two trades, my balance reached 646 USD. I requested a withdrawal, and when I opened the account again about 30 minutes later, Quotex had blocked this account. When I contacted support, they said that I had used the bonus, but this is not correct in the way they describe it, and they did not give a clear explanation for completely blocking my accounts and my money. I believe this is a mistake. I request that all of my blocked Quotex accounts, especially the ones with the emails k2222020**@gmail.com and binanace45**@gmail.com, be unblocked and fully recovered, that my access to my total balance (including the 646 USD in the second account) be restored, and that Quotex provide a clear written explanation for why my accounts were blocked right after my successful trades and withdrawal request.
