I bought the QCY HT07 ArcBuds ANC 6 model back in May, and for the past month, the right earbud has stopped working properly. When I place it in the case, the indicator light turns on like it’s charging, but once I take it out, it doesn’t power on at all—the light immediately goes off, and there’s no response.
I’ve already tried the reset method by holding the earbuds in the case for a long press, but it hasn’t solved the problem. It’s extremely frustrating because this isn’t a cheap product, and I expected better reliability.
QCY, what else can I do to fix this? If there’s no other solution, tell me how to send it in under warranty. I want this resolved quickly.
