I Bought the QCY HT05 Melobuds, but Warranty Was Denied Over Missing Box

On February 9, 2024, I purchased a QCY HT05 Melobuds Bluetooth earphone from N11.com, a platform that sells this product directly under its official seller account. I have the invoice and the product is still under warranty. However, a few weeks into using it, the right earbud began producing extremely low sound, almost inaudible.
I contacted the QCY authorized service and was told to reach out to a specific WhatsApp number for remote support. They first asked for a photo of the invoice and the serial number—which I promptly provided. Then they asked for a photo of the serial number on the original outer box. Unfortunately, I had discarded the outer box, as most users would after confirming the product was working.
Shockingly, despite having the invoice and proof of purchase from N11’s own official store, QCY refused to honor the warranty because I no longer had the cardboard box. I uploaded screenshots of our conversation and the whole process.
