I Face $2,600 Charge Without Ticket Issued on Qatar Airways Booking

On 30.06.2025 at around 18:00, I attempted to purchase a flight ticket from Qatar Airways. At the final step of the transaction, the system gave an error, but despite this, $2,600 was withdrawn from my account. When I checked my booking status, there was no ticket issued, meaning I paid but received nothing in return.

Since yesterday, I have been trying to reach Qatar Airways customer service, but I have received no clear response or resolution. Meanwhile, my payment is still showing as a pending authorization in my bank account, leaving me unable to purchase another ticket. Flight prices are increasing by the hour, and I am stuck without a ticket and without access to my funds.

I urgently request Qatar Airways to either complete my booking at the original price or immediately release the $2,600 authorization so that I can purchase my flight elsewhere. This delay is causing significant financial and emotional stress. Please resolve this issue without any further delay and ensure that customers are not left stranded in such critical situations.
