Qatar Airways Refund Policy Left Me Overcharged for Return Ticket

I purchased a Qatar Airways ticket from Turkey to Malaysia, opting to pay extra for a refundable return ticket. My departure ticket cost $350, and the return ticket was $760, totaling $1112. Since I was uncertain about my return plans, I chose the refundable option. However, when I canceled my return ticket, I was informed I would only receive $293 as a refund.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate exploitation of customers. The refund provided doesn't justify the extra fee I paid for a refundable ticket. In total, I lost $819, which is nearly the cost of two separate tickets. I demand Qatar Airways provide a full refund as promised and stop misleading customers with incomplete refund policies.
