Qatar Airways Took My Payment but Did Not Issue My Ticket
When I was trying to buy a ticket from Ankara to Singapore through Qatar Airways, the money was withdrawn from my bank, but no ticket was issued. My money has essentially been confiscated. I received no confirmation, no booking reference, and no follow-up email. Now I can’t buy a new ticket because my credit card limit is maxed out due to this failed transaction. I’ve been checking my bank app and Qatar Airways website constantly, hoping something might update, but there’s been nothing. I want Qatar Airways to refund the money to me as soon as possible. Their customer service has not contacted me, and I have no way to resolve this issue on my own.
My bank gave me the authorization code for my payment to Qatar Airways: 059606. You can check the payment using this code if needed. Please provide me with information — I’ve been waiting for 3 days.
