Pyypl Caused Financial Troubles, Blocked My Account, and Steal My Fund

Pyypl just loves taking money from people. They have caused me so many financial troubles while still holding onto a significant amount of my money. They have refused to communicate with me. My account was blocked because I was inquiring about my funds that were obviously stolen. It's impossible to get through to them as they consistently refuse to communicate. I just need my money, to be honest. One time, I tried to initiate a reversal of a deposit I had made right before they deleted my account. They were quicker than me, rejected the reverse request, and then blocked my account.
