If your Pyypl withdrawals are prohibited and support isn't responding, make sure your account is active and validated, as inactivity can result in restrictions.

To reactivate, log in to the Pyypl app, go to "Cards," and add a new card if necessary.

For assistance, hit the question mark in the top right corner and select the chat button.

Chat assistance is accessible every day from 7:00 to 22:00 GST (GMT +4). Alternatively, send an email to [email protected] with your account information and an explanation of the problem.

If these techniques do not get a response, file a formal complaint using Pyypl's complaint form, including specific details about your problem.
