Pyypl Login Error - Account Locked For Two Weeks After $3200 Sale

I've been using my Pyypl account for about a year now and haven't encountered any issues. A couple of weeks back, I made a sale online and the buyer went ahead and paid for the item. I attempted to withdraw the money, a mere $3200, but Pyypl requested that I confirm my identity. I entered all of my information correctly, yet I still couldn't log in to my account. I reached out to Pyypl's support team via email since they do not have an active customer support line. They wanted me to clarify where the money came from. I gave them all the necessary paperwork, but I still can't seem to access my account and take out my money. Pyypl keeps assuring me that they're " working on it," but I'm starting to lose faith. I believe it's no longer reasonable or secure to use Pyypl.
