On the evening of March 14 at 20:45, I submitted a withdrawal request for 10,000 TL from my Pusula Bet account. Although the transaction appears as "successful" on the site, six days have passed and the money has not been transferred to my bank account in any way.
During this period I wrote to live support repeatedly, receiving different excuses and contradictory explanations each time. Some said "the provider account was blocked," others said "it will be deposited," and another replied that "the transaction is not certain." The people I spoke to on the phone also gave differing statements and did not provide clear information. In the evening of March 19, through live support and Telegram, my IBAN and name-surname details were taken again and I was told the money would be transferred to me; I even have screenshots of these conversations, yet the money still hasn't been deposited into my account.
I have difficulty reaching live support, and when I do, I receive stalling answers like "high volume, we are waiting for the finance unit, I have expedited your transaction." On the phone they first said "it will definitely be deposited today, if not, call again," but later they dismissed me with the same vague responses. Although I have previously made withdrawals from the same site without any issues, this time I am being mistreated.
I want my 10,000 TL withdrawal to be deposited into my bank account without any further excuses or delays, and for the hardship I have experienced to be remedied.
