Puma Turkey's Deceptive Delivery and Missing Shoes



I purchased a pair of shoes with the reference number P1000576486 from the official website of Puma Turkey. When the package arrived, however, I was astounded to discover an empty shipping bag that had clearly been tampered with. Someone appeared to have removed the shoes and then resealed the package. I immediately contacted Puma Turkey and explained the situation in detail. Their reaction was quite disappointing. They claimed that I had received the package using a contactless code, implying that I had taken the shoes myself and that they had no recourse. They seemed to be attempting to shift the blame onto me while the true perpetrator remained at large. I pointed out that there were cardboard remnants beneath the label, indicating that the package had been repackaged after the shoes had been removed. However, Puma Turkey refused to acknowledge the problem and insisted that there was none.
