Pull and Bear Order Stuck on Confirmed, Release It!

I've been eagerly waiting for my order, number 20195880855, which I placed back on April 4th. However, it's been quite frustrating as the status remains stuck on "Confirmed." Despite numerous attempts to reach out to them via WhatsApp, I haven't had any luck in getting a response. I even sent an email, but unfortunately, the reply I received didn't offer any real solutions. It feels like they're just brushing off my concerns. At this point, I'm left with no choice but to demand action. I want either my order to be promptly shipped or a full refund issued without any further delay.
