I shopped at Pull and Bear two months ago and my order hasn't arrived yet. When I inquire, they say the matter has been forwarded to the authorities and has been pending for two months! There is no order in the world that is delayed for more than two months. I want the order to be cancelled, the money returned, and I will be compensated with a discount code!

I made a purchase from Pull and Bear two months ago and my order has not yet reached me. When I asked, they said that the order was forwarded to the authorities and that the issue has been pending for two months! There is no system in the world that is delayed for more than two months. The order is canceled! I don't want a refund order.
