Requesting PUBG Mobile Support to Update Phone Number and Restore Account Access
Two to three months ago, my phone was stolen, and since then I have been unable to access my PUBG Mobile account. The account is linked to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. When I try to log in, a verification code is sent to that number, but I cannot receive it.
When I select “Change verification method,” the system asks me for an 8-digit code. I have no idea what this code is, so I cannot proceed with the login.
I also tried using the account recovery tool, but it did not accept my device. It requires me to log in from my old device, which is impossible since my phone was stolen. I have explained this situation to PUBG Mobile support multiple times via email, but each time I am only told to use the recovery tool or to create a new account. I do not want to lose seven years of progress, and I refuse to start a new account.
My account user ID is 5706493**. I still have access to my email, but not to my old phone number. Since I am under 18, I cannot register for a new number, and the old one was under my brother-in-law’s name, who currently lives in Germany.
I live in Istanbul and last accessed my account here. No payments or purchases were made through my account. What I expect from the support team is help with updating my phone number or providing an alternative verification method so I can access my account again.
