PUBG Mobile Wrongfully Banned Me for Matchmaking Exploit I Didn’t Commit
Dear PUBG Mobile Support Team,
My player ID is 5145****75. I am writing to formally object to the penalty imposed on me starting from April 25, 2025, and ending on June 24, 2025, accusing me of "exploiting matchmaking rules." I strongly contest this accusation. During gameplay, I have never abused any matchmaking loopholes or engaged in any behavior that would give me an unfair advantage. I also did not leave matches unless absolutely necessary.
As a content creator who streams regularly, I have always upheld ethical standards during gameplay. I have consistently reported players who used offensive or abusive language to protect the community. Despite my efforts to promote a positive environment, I continuously ended up matched with toxic players who were never penalized — yet I am the one being punished, which is deeply unfair and confusing.
If there was truly any mistake regarding matchmaking on my part — and frankly, I don't even fully understand what specific error is being referred to — I request a clear and detailed explanation. This seems to be a misunderstanding, and I ask for the immediate correction of this unfair penalty.
I firmly believe the punishment is unjust. I request that my account be thoroughly re-investigated and that this mistake be rectified. Throughout my broadcasts, I have consistently played fairly, with respect for community guidelines, and have maintained a strong ethical stance against abusive players.
Legal Basis: According to Turkish Law No. 5651 regarding "Regulation of Publications on the Internet," online platforms must ensure fair play. An unjust penalty like this could be seen as a violation of my user rights, and it is the platform’s responsibility to conduct accurate and fair investigations.
Additionally, during one of my broadcasts, my player section was temporarily visible, suggesting that my account security may have been compromised. Considering the possibility that someone else accessed my account after 10:00 PM, I also request a thorough security review of my account.
