Hello,
I have been an active PUBG Mobile player since 2021, and I have never violated any game rules. However, I recently discovered that my account has been banned without any valid reason. This is extremely unfair and disappointing, as I have spent years building and improving my account.
In my last game session, I happened to match into the same game as my brother, and I believe this may have led to a misunderstanding. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or exploited the game in any way.
I am requesting PUBG Mobile Support to conduct a detailed review of my account and remove this unjust ban. I expect urgent assistance to restore my access. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
