I’ve been playing PUBG Mobile for a long time and have regularly purchased UC, but lately, every time I top up, the UC never reaches my account. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s been going on for months. Despite being charged each time, there’s no credit in the game, and now I can’t even log in or start the game.

Worse, there’s no customer support to reach out to. I can’t message anyone in-game, and there’s no clear way to contact a support rep. I’ve spent a serious amount of money and have nothing to show for it. No one is responding, and I’m left completely in the dark.

I demand that Tencent fix this UC loading and login issue immediately and refund or credit what I’m owed. This is unacceptable for such a huge platform. I’m beyond frustrated and just want what I paid for.
