I Face Missing UC After Payment on Presatis.com

On September 14, I purchased PUBG Mobile UC worth ₺250 through Presatis.com using the bank transfer method. My in-game user ID is 5269****43, and the related order number is 677.

Although the payment was successfully completed, more than 15 hours have passed, and the UC has not been credited to my account. During this time, I did not receive any notification, confirmation, or progress update from Presatis.

I also tried to contact Presatis customer service, but I was unable to reach them through any of the listed channels. This lack of response only adds to my frustration.

This is the first time I have faced such a problem with UC loading, and it is unacceptable to be left without support after making a verified payment.

I request that my UC be credited to my PUBG Mobile account immediately. If that is not possible, I expect a full refund of ₺250 without further delay. Customers deserve clear communication and reliable service, especially when payments are confirmed.
