PUBG Mobile Payment Failed Due to Bank Error

Today, I loaded money onto my card without any issues, but when I tried to make a payment in PUBG Mobile, I encountered an error stating: "A system error occurred on the bank's side."

I am 100% sure that I entered everything correctly, so there should be no reason for this issue. On top of that, after some time, I received another message saying that I was logged out due to inactivity—even though I was actively trying to complete my transaction!

I need urgent support to resolve this issue so I can successfully complete my payment. PUBG Mobile, please fix this problem and provide a solution as soon as possible!
