I Report Auto-Rotation Problem With Gyroscope On PUBG Mobile

Hello PUBG Mobile Support Team, I purchased my device in March 2025 and installed PUBG Mobile right away. However, from the first day, I encountered a serious problem: whenever I enter the game, the gyroscope automatically starts spinning on its own, making the game unplayable.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve tried multiple solutions including calibrating the gyroscope, resetting the game settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting my device. Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. The aim randomly turns around without touching the screen, sometimes stopping for 2 minutes, but then spinning uncontrollably again.

This malfunction severely impacts my gaming experience and causes frustration during gameplay. I cannot enjoy the product I paid for, and this situation affects me both emotionally and financially, considering I’ve spent on in-game items.

I explicitly request a permanent technical fix for this gyroscope issue or a compensation for my in-game purchases if the problem cannot be resolved.
