My PUBG Mobile account has been hacked and I can no longer access it. The issue started on 25 February 2026 and has been ongoing for about 5 days. My in‑game ID is 51517945613. The hacker used my email address, then deleted it and even wiped my phone, so I lost access to the email I was using for the account, which was previously registered as mtitisiphaman***@gmail.com. After noticing that I could not log in, I attempted a quick recovery through your system. However, yesterday I received an email stating that the recovery was unsuccessful, and I am still unable to access my account. At the moment, I cannot log in to the game or to the email that was linked to my PUBG Mobile account. I kindly request that my PUBG Mobile account be recovered and secured as soon as possible. I want to regain access to my account and ensure that the hacker cannot use or change it any further.
