PUBG Mobile Support Not Helping After My Account Was Taken Over by a Scammer

My PUBG Mobile account has been scammed, and I can no longer access it. My in‑game ID is 51019709293, and my in‑game name is “selfish x kaptan”. I have been using and improving this account for a long time, and it contains UC purchases and valuable items that are important to me. On 04/11/2025, my account was taken over by a scammer. The scammer changed the verification number on my account, and now all verification codes go to their number instead of mine. I used this account only with Gmail login, and I did not link Facebook or any other platform. Because the phone number on the account has been changed by the scammer, I cannot complete the verification steps, and I am completely locked out of my account. I have already sent an appeal to PUBG Mobile support. However, the only answer I receive is that I must verify by email or phone number. Since the scammer has already replaced my number, I cannot pass this verification even though I am the real owner of the account. This situation is very upsetting because I invested time and money into this account, and now I cannot reach it. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the scammer’s phone number and access be removed from my PUBG Mobile account. I ask you to help me recover full access to my account using alternative verification methods based on my Gmail login and other account information, and to secure it so that this does not happen again.
