Requesting PUBG Mobile to Review and Lift Unjust Ban on My Account

On September 26, 2025, at 11:04 PM, my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5209*****55), which I play on my GTX tablet, was unfairly banned. The reason stated was “Using third-party tools,” but I have never used any cheats, third-party software, or similar tools.

Right after the ban, I immediately contacted customer service, but I have not received any response so far. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account and purchased a large amount of UC. I do not want to lose my account due to an unjust ban.

I am requesting a thorough review of my account and that the ban be lifted.
