Issues with PUBG Mobile Prime Plus Subscription Activation and Customer Support

I purchased Prime Plus on August 21, 2023, for an amount of 449. At that time, they activated auto-pay. On the next month, September 21, 2023, they deducted 449 from my account, but my Prime Plus subscription is still not active.
