I purchased Prime Plus on August 21, 2023, for an amount of 449. At that time, they activated auto-pay. On the next month, September 21, 2023, they deducted 449 from my account, but my Prime Plus subscription is still not active. I have been daily reporting this issue to the PUBG Mobile help center, but they have not replied. They are cheating me very badly. Seriously, I advise anyone not to make such transactions. The transaction ID is OLEX2309210355366651990228.
