I Was Charged ₺948 Without Consent via Türk Telekom and Trend Mobil in PUBG Mobile

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Türk Telekom, Trend Mobil Ödeme, and PUBG Mobile. On my Türk Telekom mobile bill, I noticed a charge of ₺948 made through a platform called Trend Mobil Ödeme, supposedly for an in-app purchase in PUBG Mobile. The problem is, I never gave consent for this transaction.
When I contacted Türk Telekom support, they shifted the blame and said I had confirmed the charge by replying 'yes' via SMS. I never sent such a response. This is a clear violation of my rights as a consumer, and no one is taking responsibility.
I demand an immediate investigation and a full refund of the ₺948 that was taken without my permission. I also urge PUBG Mobile and Türk Telekom to stop allowing unauthorized charges through third-party billing platforms like Trend Mobil.
